The welding and cutting systems provided by AMAK can be designed and customized according to customer requests. Our technicians and engineers are at your disposal to develop together the most effective solutions. We operate in three main fields:
Automatic
Laser Welding
We offer robotic and automatic solutions for both laser joining and cladding for various applications. Our compact robotic cell with fiber laser (provided with different powers depending on the application) implements the wobble with wire technology, which permits the control of both the output power and the oscillation form of the laser beam.
Robot
& Cobot
We integrate industrial and collaborative systems with all the welding processes also for customers with high mix and low volume productions. Our solutions are tailor-made and based on the customer’s needs, where all the aspects of the integration are carefully considered with a special focus on the welding process and parameters.
Plasma Cutting
Machines
We design and manufacture cutting machines that are equipped with Hypertherm full-suite technology to optimize both hole cutting and bevel cutting (TrueHole™ and TrueBevel™). We also install oxyfuel heads and inkjet markers depending on customer request.

The high frequency oscillation of the laser beam improves fit-up tolerance as gap variability or seam misalignment. This technique has turned laser welding into a very suitable process for industrial application.
AMAK design whose intent is to guarantee a robust, safe and reliable environment, even in the presence of class 4 laser sources.
Adding wire as filler metal, combined with the oscillating beam technique, increases the field of application of laser welding even for larger gaps, reflective or dissimilar material.
